The Process

From initial contact, the whole process is completely confidential. Initially there will be a phone conversation to establish if and how business coaching could assist. If appropriate, a further meeting of around 2 hours between the coach and client will follow. The purpose of the meeting is

• for both parties to establish what is required by the client,
• whether both parties wish to proceed
• to agree an appropriate timetable and structure for on-going coaching
