7. What is your address and who should I make cheques payable to?
Our address is:
The Lazarus Consultancy Ltd,
37 Cavendish Avenue,
Finchley, London N3 3QP.
Cheques should be made payable to ‘The Lazarus Consultancy Ltd’.
8. Can I pay by credit/debit card?
Yes! We take most forms of credit and debit cards.
9. Who does the training?
Jeremy Lazarus runs all our training courses. On certification courses Lisa Wake co-certifies, and will run some of the training.
10. Where can I stay whilst on the course?
The courses are normally held in the Danubius Hotel which offer reduced room rates for course delegates. There are also a number of local hotels in the area.
11. What flexible payment terms do you offer?
We offer flexible payment terms on our Practitioner and Master Practitioner courses. We usually ask for a deposit of a third of the total cost for our Practitioner or a quarter for our Master Practitioner when first booking onto the course. We then ask for additional payments one week before each module starts. In special circumstances we are willing to be even more flexible.
We take most forms of debit/credit cards.
12. Why is it so useful for me to complete a pre-course written paper for Practitioner and Master Practitioner courses?
The purpose of the pre-course paper is for you to fully integrate the pre-course material (mainly the CDs), so that you have learned the theory and are fully prepared for the course. This helps to ensure that all delegates have a sufficient level of knowledge before the course to enable you all to learn quickly in the classroom and benefit from our Fast-Track approach.
The written work itself is ‘open-book’ i.e. we want you to use the CDs and manual to help you answer the questions.
It is important that the written paper is fully completed before the course starts, so that you can get the most from the course rather than be distracted by having to complete it during the training.
13. Who is the certification recognised by?
The Lazarus Consultancy’s NLP Diploma, Practitioner, Sports Practitioner and Master Practitioner Certificates are recognised by ANLP International. The American Board of NLP (ABNLP) recognises our NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner certificates.
The Lazarus Consultancy’s Certificate of Completion for Time Line Therapy™ is recognised by the Time Line Therapy™ Association.
In addition, by training with us you can gain up to 90 credits (50)% towards an MA in Coaching and NLP from Kingston University through our partnering with The Performance Solution.
14. What are the certification criteria?
These will be made clear to you at the start of each certificated course. They comply with the requirements of ANLP International and ABNLP (see answer 13 above), and we pride ourselves on having extremely high standards.
15. Will I automatically pass?
No. We have a very high pass rate, and it is our intention and desire that you pass. You will appreciate that a course where everyone automatically passes renders the certificate almost worthless.
16. What happens if I don’t meet the standards?
During the face-to-face aspect of the course, we will monitor your progress and give you feedback. If we have concerns about whether we can certify you, we will discuss this with you during the course and agree how best to assist you reaching the required standard.
In the rare cases that someone does not meet the standards, we will suggest specific tasks to be completed after the course to assist them in demonstrating to us that they have reached the necessary standards at some agreed point in the future.
