Overview of our AADCT course

Introduction

The AADCT qualification requires:

  • 80 hours of classroom study
  • 120 hours of self-study
  • 60 hours of coaching practice

Our AADCT course slightly exceeds this, and the AADCT qualification is relevant for all four of the AC’s coaching levels.

How to gain the AADCT

There are two routes for you to gain the AC’s AADCT qualification with us.

 

  1. Either attend our NLP Master Practitioner course, plus:
  • Complete a 2 day Core Coaching Skills course
  • Write an essay (approx. 1,000 words) on NLP Presuppositions and AC coaching competencies. (5 hours)
  • Complete 60 hours of evidenced coaching practice, plus 5 hours of supervision
  • Write an essay (approx. 2,000 words) showing how you have used 5 hours of Supervision in your coaching, including gathering information on the coaching practice (10 hours in all)
  • Write an essay (approx. 1,500 words) reflecting on your coaching (10 hours in all)
  • Write an essay (approx. 4,500 words) at Masters’ Degree level on a specific NLP topic (50 hours).
  1. Or attend our NLP Trainers Training course, plus
  • Complete a 2 day Core Coaching Skills course
  • Revise and prepare for the course. (50 hours)
  • Complete 60 hours of evidenced coaching practice, plus 5 hours of supervision
  • Write an essay (approx. 1,000 words) on NLP Presuppositions and AC coaching competencies. (5 hours)
  • Write an essay (approx. 3,000 words) showing how you have used 5 hours of Supervision in your coaching, including gathering information on the coaching practice (15 hours in all)
  • Write an essay (approx. 3,000 words) showing how you have used or could use various specified coaching models (20 hours)
  • Writing an essay (approx. 4,500 words) at Masters’ Degree level on a specific NLP topic (50 hours).
