Leadership Development
There is clear evidence that the more effective a leader is, the better results their organisation produces. This applies to both individual leaders and leadership teams. Using the cutting-edge leadership development tools from the Leadership Circle, plus our coaching experience since 1999, we can support you to become an even better leader and support your leadership team to create the type of leadership culture that creates excellent and sustainable results.
For individual Leaders
Using us, you can:
- Assess your own leadership skills, benchmarked against a global database of more than 100,000 leaders
- Identify your own leadership strengths and areas for development
- Use leadership development coaching & support so that you can become an even more effective leader and create long-term success for you and your organisation
We use the cutting-edge Leadership Circle Profile™, a 360° profiling tool aimed solely for leaders (this is not a generic 360° tool, it measures proven leadership competencies). The tool provides a percentage score for how effective a leader is compared to other leaders, assessed against these proven leadership competencies. The results give a very clear indication about which area(s) the leader could capitalise on and improve on, and how to do so.
At a minimum, you would do the LCP, and we would de-brief the results with you. We would envisage that you would want a series of coaching sessions to support you to develop, based on the results from the 360° assessment.
For Leadership teams
To improve the effectiveness of leadership teams, we use the Leadership Circle’s Collective Leadership Assessment™ tool to compare the current leadership culture (based on proven leadership competencies) with the desired leadership culture. This highlights areas for the team to improve, and how to do so.
