Our training approach
Introduction
We have been training coaches and running NLP training courses since 1999, and these are recognised by leading Coaching and NLP organisations. Before you book with us we speak to you to ensure that the course is right for you, and we guarantee that you will receive excellent high quality training and course materials or we will refund you in full.
It is really important to us that you not only know the material, but know that you know it. Because we have relatively small class sizes and sufficient qualified assistants, you receive plenty of personal attention.
How are our courses structured?
Our accredited trainings are modular, so that delegates have the opportunity to reflect and practice between modules, hence gaining a broader and deeper understanding of the material. Our courses are structured so that each segment covers the necessary theory, as well as demonstrations and practical exercises, and we cater for the main learning styles. There will be ample time for questions, and qualified assistants will be at hand to help you with any questions that you may have during the course. The gaps between modules allow you to reflect and practice what you’ve learned.

Contacting us before you book
Before booking your place on any of our courses lasting more than one day (even if you wish to do so on line), please call us. We like to speak with prospective students to ensure that the course is right for you. This is best practice in the Coaching and NLP training industry. It also gives you the opportunity to ask us any questions that you may have regarding the course, logistics etc.
Training agreement
All our accredited and certified courses are subject to the training agreement, and on all courses of two days or longer we ask you to sign the training agreement. In summary, the key points of this are:
- you are over 18 years old
- you agree to use the material only for the positive benefit of yourself and others
- you agree not to record the course
- you acknowledge that you are psychologically and medically fit enough to do the course, and are not doing the course as a substitute for counselling or psychotherapy (we are not therapists or counsellors).
