1. Delivery Timescales

Our intention is to despatch books, booklets and CDs within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Occasionally this may not be possible – we will always despatch products as soon as possible.

CDs (NLP Practitioner, Master Practitioner and ‘Understanding, Predicting & Influencing Behaviour’) will be despatched either by courier or Special Delivery.

Books and booklets will be sent by first class post. If you require special posting arrangements, please let us know. There may be a charge for this.

2. Refunds

Refunds on products will be given ONLY if the goods are returned to us by Special Delivery within 10 days of despatch. Goods must be in perfect, re-saleable condition.

If our goods are faulty in some way, we will exchange them.

3. Cancellation

For Trainers Training, the cancellation fee is £350 plus VAT. For courses costing less than £75, the cancellation fee is 50% of the course fee. For all other courses, the cancellation fee is the lower of £150 or 10.0% of the price you pay for the course.

Where applicable, we will add to the cancellation fee the retail cost of the CDs and manual, which will remain your property.

Should you wish to defer a course to a different date, the cancellation fee is waived for the first deferment. For our one day courses, delegates can only defer the booking once, after which there is a £25 admin fee to cover the costs we incur.

5. Purchase Terms and Conditions

All our electronic and physical products are sold on the basis that they are to be used by the purchaser only and are not to be copied or distributed without our permission. By purchasing any of our products, you are agreeing to this.

For our courses, on rare occasions we allow people to complete payment beyond the final day of the course. In such circumstances the Certificate is not issued until the course has been paid for in full.
